AarohanAI turns everyday wearable data into a simple, everyday picture of how an older adult is really doing — so families and caregivers can act early, not after a crisis.
AarohanAI is a wellness indicator, not a diagnostic device. It's built to prompt a timely conversation or a call to a clinician — the medical judgment always stays with a qualified human.
A short film about the moment a family notices what a phone call alone can't say.
India's senior population is growing quickly, and family caregivers are often stretched across cities, jobs, and their own households. Mood, stress, sleep, and everyday sharpness can shift gradually — long before anyone notices something is wrong.
Today, families rely on infrequent visits and phone check-ins that ask "how are you?" and mostly get "I'm fine." We think there's a better signal available, sitting right on the wrist.
"Fine" is the most common word a parent says on the phone — and the least useful one for knowing how they really are.
AarohanAI pairs an ordinary smartwatch with software that continuously reads physiological signals and learns what "normal" looks like for that specific individual — not a generic threshold borrowed from someone else's baseline.
That personal baseline is translated into a simple wellness score, anchored to well-established ways of thinking about stress, mood, and cognitive sharpness, and delivered through a caregiver and clinician dashboard with tiered alerts — a quiet nudge for small shifts, a clear call to action for the ones that matter.
Every score traces back to physiological data and a person's own history — not a one-size-fits-all rule.
Alerts are tiered on purpose, so the people watching over a loved one see what matters without noise fatigue.
An everyday smartwatch — nothing new to learn, nothing that looks or feels medical.
Over time, the system builds a private, individual baseline instead of applying a generic norm.
A plain-language dashboard for family and caregivers, with tiered alerts calibrated to what actually needs attention.
We're currently running a small wearable pilot in India and building out the clinical and regulatory foundation alongside it. The team spans enterprise cloud and AI engineering experience with active clinical advisory involvement, and the company is incorporated and building toward India's wellness-device and data-protection requirements from day one.
If you're exploring partnership, investment, or a pilot collaboration, we'd welcome the conversation.
